IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2012 – Common Written Exam & Common Interview


Here is the good news for all those unsuccessful and depressed candidates who either fail to qualify CWE exam 2011 or those who didn’t get chance to appear for a single interview rather qualifying CWE. Everyone was surprised about why banks are not publishing their vacancies for last few months. This was the reason, after Finance Ministry and IBPS officials reviewing about maximum candidates who succeeded in CWE exam but didn’t got a single interview chance whereas most of the creamy layer candidates were revolving in every interview conducted by the banks. Now IBPS has issued the notification for the Clerical Recruitment 2012 with some new techniques to benefits maximum candidates. From now onwards with CWE Clerical recruitment (2) 2012, there will be a online CWE which will be conducted over the centers around the country and also there will be a common interview for the successful candidates in CWE.

Education Qualification
Candidates must hold a graduation degree from a recognized University or Institute
Candidate must hold a minimum 1 year degree or certificate in Computer Application/ Programs

Age Limit
As on 01/01/2012 – 18 Yrs to 28 yrs

Selection Process
1 – Common Written Exam (Online)
2 – Common Interview - Candidates qualified in CWE will be called for a common interview
3 – Merit List - Candidates who qualifies in both CWE & Common Interview will be shortlisted according to a merit list prepared by IBPS accordance to marks in CWE & Interview
4 – Final Selection – IBPS will note down the total vacancies in 19 public sector banks and will finalize the merit list according to it. Candidate will get the final recruitment in the bank according to their overall performance.

Online Application – 15th Oct 2012 to 5th Nov 2012
Online Fee Payment - 15th Oct 2012 to 5th Nov 2012
Offline Fee Payment - 15th Oct 2012 to 9th Nov 2012

Application Fees
General/ OBC – Rs. 400/-
SC/ ST/ Others – Rs. 50/-

How To Apply –
1 – Log on to www.ibps.in and fill up the online application form along with uploading your photograph & signature.
2 – Online Fee Payment – You can pay your fee online through Debit Card or Credit Card
3 – Offline Mode – Take a print of challan after filling online application form and get it paid from any branch of these public banks, Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Central Bank of India,
Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab National Bank, United Bank of India.
